Who was Paleo?

“Paleo” was the winemaker of the farm, so named for its high and lean physical structure.

Located on the first floor and with a double bed, Paleo is the smallest room and collection of the entire complex. Thanks to the richly detailed furnishings of the Tuscan tradition and the view of the manor house and the garden, it is the ideal room for romantic and atmospheric vacations.
